Q1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or card providers may require additional processing time.
Q4. Can I exchange a product?
Yes! The quickest way to get a different item is to request a return for your unopened, approved product and place a new order separately. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
